Who doesn't love some yummy, juicy chicken fingers?!
Remember that post recently about Zaycon fresh? Well, today I am sharing one of my most favorite ways of cooking that fresh chicken! Gluten Free Chicken Tenders!
They're so easy and for some reason, I like them even more than ones I have made with "regular" flour. So yummy!
Gluten Free Chicken Tenders
All you need to do is...
1. Cut your skinless, boneless chicken breasts into strips.
2. Dip them into a couple of eggs (that you have whisked ahead of time).
3. Then roll them into your gluten free flour of choice. (I use a baking mix or a mixture of sorghum flour, millet flour, and tapioca starch with a little xanthum gum).
4. Then bake or fry them up (coconut oil is so yummy with these!) and add some salt and pepper to taste.
That's all there is to it. One of the easiest recipes ever!
